I really can’t think of any good reason that Lindsey Lohan would decide to wear a white dress with her boobs hanging out to a wedding. I am not an expert on wedding do’s and don’ts but if you do wear white at least cover up. I actually think she looks pretty good in the dress just not the right place. I think I do have an explanation on how this happens though Rick James voice “Cocaine is a hell of a drug”.
